This Field Flattener has been designed with the premium Ascension ED Triplet
refractors in mind. It offers field correction to the edge of field, making it
a desirable accessory for imaging.
The field flattener slots directly into the telescope's focuser. Externally, it offers
a male T-thread (M42x0.75) for cameras and other accessories to attach to it.
Large format DSLR cameras can be attached to the field flattener with an appropriate
T-ring adapter. C-mount cameras such as the Opticstar PL-131, SL-131, PX-35,
PX-75 will require a C/CS to T-thread adaptor.
