Founded in July 2003, Opticstar Ltd works closely with some of the most
innovative manufacturers in the digital imaging and optics industries,
worldwide, to bring you the latest innovations and technologies.
Customers include public and private organizations, universities,
research institutes, medical centres, observatories, industry as well
as private individuals.
Opticstar has signed long term exclusive agreements covering the
United Kingdom and Europe with a number of leading manufacturers that
include Apogee Instruments (USA), DTA (Italy), Finger Lakes Instrumentation (USA)
and Astrotech Engineering (Italy).
The company has also undertaken distribution of a number of other brands
including Fishcamp Engineering, XL Imaging, Laboptix, Mirametrics
and MSB Software.
Customer satisfaction is paramount and Opticstar offers excellent
customer support, impartial advice and after sales service that is second to none.

Opticstar is based in Sale, situated in the southern part of the Greater Manchester
conurbation. Sale town centre is just 15 minutes away from Manchester city
centre via the Metrolink tram service or 20 minutes by car. Sale is easily
accessible via the M60 motorway. The Manchester International Airport is
only 20 minutes away.
