Neurons

Leaf - Myrtus Communis
Autofluorescence of cross section from a Myrtus communis leaf. RGB recombination of three monochrome sequential images acquired at 650, 550, 450 nm (FWHM 40 nm interference filters). Tirty um section fixed in ethanol and excited at 365 nm. Section size is about 180x500 um.
