Description

The Opticstar Light Pollution Filter improves contrast for all types of telescopes. This high transmission filter is especially effective on the Moon and planets where it will show additional detail, it will also darken the sky background to enhance many deep sky objects like galaxies and nebulae against a darker sky background.

The filter comes in 2" format and sits in a CNC machined cell that is threaded for filters. This allows you to stack additional filters on either side of this filter. The filter has been designed to offer a maximum open aperture.
